Who We Are

IslamicH.com is founded and managed by two brothers, Sohail Mohammad and Syeef Mohammad.

Their interest in Islamic history and civilisation began through early exposure to books and discussions within their family environment. Their father, Golam Mohammad, had a strong interest in reading and reflecting on Islamic history and culture, which helped shape their curiosity and long-term interest in the subject.

Over time, this interest developed into structured study, research, and eventually the creation of IslamicH.com as a knowledge platform focused on history, heritage, and travel.

The aim is to present Islamic history in a clear, organised, and meaningful way that benefits students, readers, and those interested in understanding both the historical and geographical legacy of Islamic civilisation.

Sohail Mohammad – Co-founder & Lead Writer

Sohail Mohammad leads the research and writing of IslamicH.com. His interest in history developed early, focusing on civilisations, empires, and the development of societies over time.

This evolved into dedicated study of Islamic history, including the life of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, early Islamic society, major caliphates, and the intellectual and cultural contributions of Islamic civilisation.

Alongside his professional work in the United Kingdom, he continues to dedicate time to research and writing. His approach is based on clarity, structure, and reliance on authentic sources such as the Qur’an, sahih hadith, and classical scholars including Ibn Kathir and Al-Tabari.

He has also visited several historically significant regions connected to Islamic heritage, including Turkey, Spain, North Africa, and parts of Europe, which has strengthened his understanding of Islamic civilisation in its geographical context.

Syeef Mohammad – Co-founder & Technical Lead

Syeef Mohammad is responsible for the technical structure and development of IslamicH.com. With a background in computer science and web development, he ensures the platform remains fast, secure, and accessible.

His focus is on building a stable and user-friendly system that allows readers to access historical, cultural, and travel-related content with ease. Every technical decision is guided by simplicity, performance, and long-term reliability.
